1. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the sale of products offered on this website by ECOM BLUE, operating under the brand Limone. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in full and without reservation.

Limone is a brand operated by ECOM BLUE, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par actions simplifiée, SAS) with a share capital of 1,000 EUR.

3. Products

Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding for minor variations. Products are cosmetic products intended for external use only and do not constitute medicines or medical treatments.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated before the order is confirmed. ECOM BLUE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

The customer selects the products, adds them to the cart, verifies the order details and confirms the order. The order is validated once payment has been accepted. ECOM BLUE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute over a previous order, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

6. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order by the secure means offered on the website. Transactions are processed by secure payment providers. Products remain the property of ECOM BLUE until full payment of the price.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. A tracking number is provided so that the customer can follow the shipment. ECOM BLUE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.

8. Right of return

The customer may return an eligible product within forty-five (45) days of receipt, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, using the original payment method, after the return has been validated.

10. Legal warranty

The customer benefits from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided by applicable law. To make a claim, please contact contact@limone-shop.com.

11. Liability

Our products are cosmetics for external use. The customer is responsible for using them in accordance with the instructions and for performing a patch test where recommended. ECOM BLUE shall not be liable for any misuse of the products.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Force majeure

ECOM BLUE shall not be held liable for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by applicable law.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the customer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
