We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not satisfied, you may return an eligible product under the conditions below.
You have forty-five (45) days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at contact@limone-shop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send products back before contacting us.
Unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, generally within fourteen (14) days of validation. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product is defective or the return results from our error.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered, please contact us at contact@limone-shop.com within a reasonable time of delivery, with a photograph where possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any related shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Orders are typically shipped within five (5) business days. A tracking number is provided so you can follow your shipment.
